The short version: your logs are yours. We never sell your data, we never share it with advertisers, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.
To work, Dry Rep keeps a simple daily log:
Your logs are stored on your device. If you create an account (for example with Sign in with Apple), your logs are also stored securely on our servers so they sync across devices and aren't lost if you change phones.
Creating an account is optional. If you sign in with Apple, we receive only an anonymous account identifier from Apple. We do not ask for or receive your name or email address. That identifier is used to back up your logs and restore them on another iPhone.
If you email us for support, the app pre-fills your account identifier, app version, and iOS version so we can find your account. You choose whether to send it.
We use privacy-focused, anonymous analytics to understand how the app is used (for example, how many people finish setup). These analytics do not include your name, email, or your daily log details, and are not used to identify you.
If the app crashes, an anonymous crash report (device model, iOS version, and where in the app it happened) is sent to our crash-reporting provider, Sentry, so we can fix it. Crash reports never include your logs or your account details.
Any subscriptions or purchases are processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment details. We may use a subscription service provider to confirm your subscription status.
Reminders are scheduled on your device at the time you choose. You can turn them off anytime in the app or in your iPhone's Settings.
You can export everything you've logged as a spreadsheet from Settings → Your data at any time.
To delete your account, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything backed up to our servers. Logs stored only on your phone are removed when you delete the app. You can also email [email protected] and we'll delete it for you.
Dry Rep is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.
